Feet elbows

Yesterday, Rowan looked at Ella's knees and said, 'Mommy, look at Ella's feet elbows.'
I mean, the most creative grown-up in the world wouldn't be able to dream that one up.

And this (when asked what he was thankful for):
" I"m fankful for my baby sister. And for cupcakes."

BURP

Burping. One thing I"m not going to miss from the early baby days. The happy expression on my face is a total con. ;-)

Who built the trees?

The mind is working over overtime. The eyes hold a permanent question mark. The questions keep coming at wocket-ship speed.
Mommy, who built the trees?
Ummm... God.
Who's God?
God is... err.. like Superman.
Oh. Why is he Superman?
Because he builds things.
Why does he build things?
Hey, look at at that big garbge truck! Cool,huh.

And the imagination runs totally wild. There are pigs on the roof. Elephants in his room. Big bad wolves blowing houses down in River Vale. Plus Spiderman and Mermaid don't like each other. Can you imagine that!
Animals play a starring role in everything. Especially shoaks ( sharks). Shoaks are mean cuz they bite people. Being bitten by a monster shoak is the ultimate tragic fate.
