Labor Day Weekend

The wet weekend started with a trip to the Pocono mountains, to the Sterling Inn. Within minutes of our arrival, Rowan had taken the grand tour of the Sterling Inn ( by himself) and gotten to know everyone. At breakfast, the waitresses kept oohing and ahhing at him. We've never gotten such great service before! Then we hung out in the pool and spa.


On Sunday, Rowan enjoyed seeing the "baaoos" at the Bronx Zoo. Tigers, Grizzlies and snow leopards, step aside! Rowan's favorite " baaoos" were the humble sparrows that were flitting about everywhere.











After that, it was dinner with Uncle V at Patsy's on 61st, and back home.
