What can I say? Ella is a joy beyond any other. Except for Rowan. When I was pregnant, I'd lie awake wondering if I would love her as much as I do Rowan, and what if I didn't and how that whole thing works. No more wondering. I seem to have this infinite store of love.... more than enough for the two of them and then some.

I'd heard the name Ella randomly, in a toddler gym class. It really resonated with us. We considered a few others but Ella just seemed perfect - it's short and lyrical and goes so well with Rowan. As far as the meaning behind it,in Italian it means "little one" and there's an Indian name " Ela" which means Earth (according to one of those Indian names websites). Mainly, though, we picked Ella because it just felt right.
She really does look like you Prachi! Such a sweet baby! I really can't wait to see her again.
